Code of conduct
Last updated: 27 October 2026
Breevy walks work because everyone keeps the same few promises. They make it safe to say yes to a walk with people you have not met yet.
Respect everyone
Be kind and welcoming to every walker and host, whatever their age, background, gender, faith, body or opinions. Let everyone set their own pace in the conversation.
No harassment
No unwanted advances, insults, threats or pressure, in person or in the chat. This includes unwanted contact after the walk: if someone does not reply, leave it there.
No photos without consent
Ask before you take or share a photo of another walker. A no is a no.
Show up, or cancel in time
Your crew is counting on you. If you cannot come, cancel more than 24 hours before so your spot goes to the waitlist.
18 and over
Breevy is for adults only. Do not bring anyone under 18 to a walk.
Report what you see
You can report or block anyone from any screen where they appear. We review every report within 24 hours.
What happens when it's broken
- First a warning, then a suspension, then a ban.
- Serious cases skip steps.
- We may inform the police where required.
