Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Breevy mobile application and website operated by Breevy ApS ("Breevy", "we", "us"). By using Breevy, you agree to these terms.

1. Your Account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. One person, one account — creating multiple accounts to abuse the XP system may result in suspension.

2. Using Breevy

Breevy is a platform for discovering and sharing real-world locations. When using the app:

• Always be aware of your surroundings. Do not trespass on private property or enter restricted areas to reach a gem.
• Check in honestly. You must be physically present at a gem location to check in. GPS spoofing or fake check-ins will result in account suspension.
• Respect other users. Harassment, spam, and offensive content are not tolerated.

3. User-Generated Content

When you submit gems, photos, reviews, or trails, you retain ownership of your content. By posting it on Breevy, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display, distribute, and promote it within the app and on our website. You can delete your content at any time through the app.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• GPS spoofing or location manipulation.
• Creating bots, scrapers, or automated tools to interact with the app.
• Submitting misleading or dangerous gem locations.
• Impersonating other users or Breevy staff.
• Reverse-engineering the app or its APIs.

5. Intellectual Property

The Breevy name, logo, design, and curated content are owned by Breevy ApS. Community-submitted gems remain the intellectual property of their contributors, subject to the licence in section 3.

6. Disclaimer

Breevy is provided "as is". We do our best to verify gem locations and keep information accurate, but we cannot guarantee the safety, accessibility, or current state of any location listed on the platform. Visit gems at your own risk and exercise personal judgement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Breevy ApS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or data loss.

8. Changes to the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We'll give reasonable notice for significant changes. XP, badges, and levels have no monetary value and may be adjusted as we evolve the platform.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our privacy policy.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark.
