Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and SimpleConcept ApS when you use Breevy. By creating an account or joining a walk you accept them. Version 2.0 applies from 1 November 2026.

1. Who we are

Breevy is run by SimpleConcept ApS (CVR DK39419750), Copenhagen, Denmark ("Breevy", "we", "us").

These terms cover the Breevy app and the website breevy.app.

2. Who can use Breevy

You must be 18 or older to use Breevy.

• One account per person.
• A verified phone number is required to join a walk.
• MitID verification is optional for walkers and required to host.
• We may ask you to verify with MitID before you join a walk marked "verified only".

3. The deal: walks and your word

Give 90 minutes and your word. Get a crew that shows up.

When you join a walk, you promise to come. Your show-up rate is the share of your last 10 commitments you kept. This is how the deal works:

Cancel more than 24 hours before	Nothing. Your spot goes to the waitlist
Cancel within 24 hours	Counts as half a no-show
Running late and you tell the crew	Up to 20 minutes counts as late, not missing
Don't check in and two crew members (or the host) confirm you're missing	No-show
Two no-shows in 60 days	14 days on the waitlist: you only get a spot if one is free after the deadline
Low show-up rate	You're matched with others whose rate is similar
New walker	No rate shown until two walks are done

4. Crews, chat and conduct

Crews of 4–6 people are formed after the sign-up deadline.

The crew chat opens when your crew is revealed, about 24 hours before the walk, and closes 48 hours after it, when its messages are deleted. If your crew merges into another crew, its chat closes when the crews merge and is deleted 48 hours after the walk. A crew chat containing a reported message is kept until the report is handled, then deleted.

When you join Breevy you accept our Code of Conduct. Breaking it leads to a warning, then a suspension, then a ban.

5. Hosting

Local Legends host walks. You can apply in the app once you have verified with MitID, completed five walks and kept a show-up rate of at least 90 %.

Hosts check people in, may mark no-shows and file a short report after the walk.

Hosting is unpaid unless the app says otherwise.

6. Photos and content

Never take photos of other walkers without their consent.

You keep the rights to what you post. You give us a non-exclusive licence to show it in the app for as long as it is there.

We may remove content that breaks these terms.

7. Location

How Breevy uses your location:

• Breevy asks for your location "While Using" the app only.
• During a walk, the app keeps a background activity session running until the walk ends, so check-in and stops keep working with your screen locked.
• Unless you share a live link, only your check-in and "arrived at stop" events leave your phone.
• We do not store location tracks.
• If you share a live link, your latest position is sent to us and shown to anyone with the link until it expires, 30 minutes after the walk ends. We keep only the latest position and delete it within two hours after the link expires.

8. Deposits

This section is not active unless a deposit is shown in the app when you join.

When it is active, we place a 50 kr hold on your card or MobilePay through Stripe at most three days before the walk. The hold is released when you check in. After a no-show we keep it where Danish law allows.

The app always shows the amount before you agree.

9. Safety and your own risk

Walks take place in public spaces, and you take part at your own risk.

Follow the host's and the app's safety guidance.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for negligence where Danish law does not allow it to be limited.

10. Reports and blocks

You can report or block anyone from any screen where they appear.

We review every report within 24 hours.

People you block are never matched with you.

11. Changes and termination

We may change the service and these terms. We tell you in the app before changes take effect.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

You can delete your account in the app at any time.

12. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes are settled by the courts of Copenhagen.
